We run a couple of 2004 servers on Windows 2008 Server. It works fine
just
one thing that is a bit weird. Not really a 4D thing as such more
more
Windows 2008.
We run the database as a service although the service is supposed to
interact with the desktop it does it via an "Interactive services
dialog"
which is kinda weird. When the system restarts and the 4D database
service/s launch it takes a while (or an error) for this dialog to
come up.
