Setting 4D Picture Variables from Plug-Ins

list. You might get a better response for plug-in development questions

I am trying to set a 4D picture variable from a plug-in. I am calling
PA_SetPictureVariable to set the 4D variable structure, then I call
PA_SetVariable to set the variable. 4D (SQL v.11) is crashing when I
call PA_SetVariable. Is there anything special I need to do to set
picture variables? I am reading the picture data from a database and
saving it to a 4D variable.
