The Intellex School Facilities/Program Management System provides the ability to schedule progams and events, manage facilities, and provide reports. Some of the features are:

Facilities Management

• Tracks usage of school facilities.
• Schedules events
• Tracks their needed facilities and equipment

• print reports necessary to coordinate these activities

Program Management

• Manages programs which use your facilities at other times than during school hours. This includes evening and weekend programs, swimming programs, and adult education programs
• Handles registration
• Prints confirmations
• Tracks facilities
